History of S.O.A.R

It all started in…

2004 at a dining table discussion involving parents and teens.  By 2008 YW8 formed as a non-profit to educate teens on the importance of saving sex for marriage, healthy relationships, and avoiding the consequences of unhealthy behaviors.  As the vision grew, community leaders, school administration, teachers, and parents joined in supporting YW8. Our mission to empower teens to plan for a healthy tomorrow by making healthy choices today continues to grow and reach more teens every year!
